(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - More than one hundred thousand Saudi citizens participated in a procession in the city of Qatif, to escort the body of the martyr, Munir al-Medani, 21 , from Qatif city to his final resting place.Munir al-Medani was martyred and 14 people were seriously injured on Thursday when Saudi security forces opened fire on protesters in Qatif. Al-Medani was wounded by a live bullet to his chest and he was taken to hospital where he later died of his wounds.The procession of escorting included also several thousands of women and children and Shiite clerics.All shops in the city were closed and black flags were raised.People in the procession chanted slogans that glorify martyrdom and also anti-regime slogans, they shouted "Death to Al Saud" .People in Awwamiya town also held a procession included hundreds of people among them a lot of women to escort the body of the martyr, Zuhair Abdullah al-Said, 21 years , from Awwamiya town to his final resting place.Zuhair Abdullah al-Said was martyred and two others were injured on Friday when security forces fired heavily on a peaceful protest in Awamiya town protesting the kill of the youngster "Munir al-Medani", and calling for reforms and for the release of detainees.People also chanted in the procession anti-regime slogans.The number of Saudi Revolution Martyrs have reached to Seven.
